WHO: All A.B.A. members and people with eating disorders are welcome.We also welcome family and friends of people with eating disorders.**
WHAT: Please join us for a weekend of fellowship as we share our personal experience, strength, and hope. Speakers will share their experience around the theme of “What It’s Like Now: A Message of Hope” and the ‘Family’s Perspective’.
WHEN: September 25th-27th, 2009
The weekend will begin with dinner at 6:00 p.m. on Friday and will conclude around 3:00 p.m. on Sunday (after lunch and clean-up)
WHERE: Rundle’s Mission, Pigeon Lake, Alberta (1 hour South-West of Edmonton)
A map will be included in an information package which you should receive one week prior to the retreat. If you include your e-mail address, the information will be e-mailed to you.
For those who are flying, transportation will be provided to and from the Edmonton International Airport.
HOW: Registrations are accepted on a “first-come, first-served” basis – space is limited! The registration deadline is September 15th, 2009.
All registrations must be mailed; they will not be accepted by members of the Retreat Committee.
In order to receive the early-bird price your registration must be post-marked before August 15th, 2009.
The registration fee, including all meals and lodging is $130.00 CAD/ person, ($150.00 CAD after August 15th, 2009).
For those finding alternate lodging, the cost is $100.00 CAD /person, ($120.00 CAD after August 15th, 2009).
(Please call Amy G. at 780-466-8141 if you need to discuss a lower rate as some subsidies are available).
***For those registrants who live in the U.S. you may also pay the same fees in U.S. dollars. For example, you may send a U.S. cheque for $130.00 USD for your early registration fee.
**Children are welcome however they must not be in the central lodging during the recorded speakers.
